We worked with Michael Kors to create a new shopping assistant designed to transform the in-store experience at Michael Kors. It began as a pitch, where we were able to show our vision for the product, and moved quickly into production and prototyping. Imagine being able to show an associate your favorite purse and having them being able to instantly show you countless outfits to pair with that purse—that’s the power of Kors Concierge.
Once the vision was set we worked to create a design system that elevated the Michael Kors brand, while remaining bold, simple, and user-friendly.
We continued to innovate the shopping experience and created a concept leveraging the power of IBM Watson. Simply put it would allow customers to shop via a conversation. From a design perspective I like to call this “Converstaional UX” as each user journey is guided by conversation.
